Delivery
JERSEY Once we have received your order you will be contacted with collection/delivery information. Best case scenario - your order can be completed within 24 hours, worst case - approximately 5 working days. For your convenience orders will be delivered straight to your door.
ELSEWHERE - We endeavour to complete orders within 5-7 working days.
Orders will only be sent to the billing address provided and will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. You must take responsibility for accepting the delivery, if they are unable to deliver the goods i.e. nobody in to sign for them, a slip will be left through your door giving further instructions. Should any part of your order be returned to us because you could not accept it or failed to collect within the timescale given by Royal Mail, then you may be liable for a re-delivery charge.
Only when items are deemed 'lost' (normally 12 working days) by Royal Mail will replacements be sent.
For all order/delivery enquiries please reply to the confirmation email you were sent upon ordering, this will contain both order details and reference numbers which will enable us to process the enquiry quickly.
On the rare occasion your order is incorrect please call or email us within 48 hours of accepting delivery to let us know, you will be required to return the goods via the same postal method sent and upon receipt we shall refund your card and arrange for the correct goods to be sent. Same applies for damaged goods.
